Great graphic – one caveat: some of these numbers (ie @oldspice) are freakshows not benchmarks and should NOT be used to set expectations for your brand. There is much that is good here, though.
One thing that stuck out to me is the diff in dollars between a Community Manager’s time and a Strategist’s time. I would have expected the reverse.
